In 2013, one of our Director, Mr Ng, set up a new business unit to serve the construction and development industry. Armed with a Master Degree in Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) of United Kingdom, Mr Ng has extensive experience in the construction and development field. Having been involved in projects from both the public and private sectors, he has taken the lead role in the project analysis, feasibility studies, pre and post contract tendering, contract negotiation, contract administration, contract arbitration, project implementation and management of building and civil construction works for development and construction of high rise condominiums, residential housing, railway track and station construction et cetera.
The value of the projects Mr Ng was involved in and successfully completed ranged from just several millions to RM320 Million while the form of contractual arrangement included lump sum, bill of quantity as well as turnkey contracts. He also sits in several property development companies in the capacity of Executive Director and has seen through the completion of numerous projects both locally and overseas.
The Project Management Unit aims to deliver professionally in ensuring quality and timely completion of every construction project undertaken. Its multi disciplinary team of professionals is firmly committed to serve a broad base of clients in undertaking large and technically demanding construction projects throughout the region.
