Corrosion Control Products & Acid Proofing Systems
Corrosion control products and acid proofing range of systems consists of an extensive range designed for areas subjected to harsh chemical of 98% sulphuric acid, 37% hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid or high temperature of 204°C.

These products are used on chemical process floors, foundations, basins and trenches, bleaching and cleaning tanks, containment dikes and vaults, all that requires acid proofing layers to protect original metal or other substrate surfaces. They can also be used to repair and reline damaged floorings and tanks, including leaking ones, that are caused by severe chemical attack.

Corrosion occurs everywhere and anywhere from the chemical and petrochemical industry, hydroelectric power industry to the process industry and even on pipelines in all industries as well as refineries. NACE’s released data shows 3.4% of global GDP (2013) is lost to corrosion annually. Globally, that would translate to not less than USD2.5 trillion a year. NACE has also estimated that as much as 35% of this cost of corrosion could actually be saved by using appropriate corrosion control practices. These costs typically do not include individual safety or environmental consequences. Through unwanted incidents, forced shutdowns, accidents et cetera, many organization across various industries have come to realize that lack of corrosion management can be very costly.

The Company’s corrosion control range of products and acid proofing systems aims at combating corrosion through proper corrosion management of substrate and surface, promoting superior chemical resistance and prolong asset service life through the system’s excellent physical strength and thereby minimizing maintenance cost.
